(shorted for TLMM). We are the key supplier in Taiwan area for Ford Global Purchasing System. JLAP was established in Oct. 2005. Our totally invested capital is US$ 15 million with the registered capital US$ 7.6 million. JMCG has 52.63% of share at US$ 4 million investment and TLMM has 43.37% of share at US$ 3.6 million of investment.
